Renewable Energy Certificates

Gusmer has partnered with Duke Energy One to purchase Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) to offset our 2025 electricity usage. The initiative supports renewable energy generation while we continue to evaluate opportunities to reduce electricity consumption and explore renewable energy solutions at Gusmer facilities.

Gusmer participates in EcoVadis, a globally recognized sustainability assessment platform evaluating organizations across Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.

Since 2024, Gusmer Enterprises has participated in the United Nations Global Compact, supporting its principles in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption.

As a member of the Wisconsin Sustainable Business Council (WSBC), Gusmer participates in programs designed to advance sustainable business practices throughout Wisconsin.

In November 2024, Gusmer was recognized at the Maturing level of the Green Masters Program®, reflecting continued progress toward integrating sustainability into our operations and business practices.

Responsible Supply Chain

Our suppliers are an important part of our commitment to responsible business.

The Gusmer Supplier Code of Conduct establishes expectations for ethical and sustainable business practices throughout our supplier network. In addition to compliance with applicable laws, we encourage our suppliers to pursue continuous improvement and identify opportunities to create value while reducing environmental, social, and business risks.
